Troubleshooting Multi-Agent Application Setup for Infinite Loop Issues

Need help with seeing what i am doing wrong, please, created a multi agent one application setup to go over mutliple folders, it consistently goes on lag, and infinite loop, doesnt matter, how hard i tried, i had a certified lindy agent hired and looked into that and it still goes on eternal loop and frozen cant function one application properly, please help
