Issues with Uploading Knowledge Articles: Error Messages Explained

Has anyone had any issues with uploading knowledge articles recently? I've tried .txt files, regular text through the dashboard and also Google Drive. the txt file and regular text gives the following error message: Failed to sync file (upset chunks and embeddings) for file In Google Drive it gives me the error "Internal server error"
