Allow the agent to end the call using Lindy Phone
2.
Allow the agent to make a phone call using Lindy Phone
3.
Make a phone call using Twilio
Twilio is a third party provider you can use— but you can also use a Lindy phone number if you prefer. Here are some guides with more information.

thank you marvin so basically there is no difference between using lindy phone or twilio (apart from the upgrade needed to use lindy phone) correct?
