Outlook Trigger Issues in Workshop: Seeking Solutions and Insights
last one (sorry, had a few folks run into walls in a workshop today)... Outlook triggering was giving us a bunch of problems today:
- 1.
Not triggering at all when an email is sent (I tested this on my own, you can see the screenshots in this thread)
- 2.
Conditional filters would not work... we did a very simple title contains "Discovery" filter, sent an email with discovery in the title... got nothing
- 3.
Specific a folder with the label "Call transcripts" then manually moved an email into that folder (dragging and dropping) yet it did not trigger the workflow that had that folder specificied
unfortunaly, these were all triggering scenarios, so I have no task links to share, but are these known issues? or are their tricks to overcoming some sharp edges with Outlook/Microsoft specifically?
