Outreach Agent Not Recognizing New Leads in Google Sheet Live Mode
My outreach agent isn’t recognizing new leads entering my Google Sheet. Rows update fine, but the agent doesn’t fire unless I run it in Test Mode — then everything works perfectly.

Tried with a fresh template, same issue
Looks like the spreadsheet trigger isn’t firing in live mode
Curious if this is a platform-wide bug or if I should try a workaround on my side?
