Hi! Is there a way to take attachments from email and convert them to pdfs...pass them through the Azure OCR tool etc. to get it uploaded to our claims management tool in a hipaa compliant manner?

regarding the pdf → yes, we do have a bunch of options. if the attachement is already an email → download if the attachement is a doc → Create PDF with the google action there are more third-party providers to create PDF files with too 🙂
