Request for Credit Refund Due to Repeated Loop Issues

Same issue today! 40 times stuck in the loop of condition being met, draining all my credit! How can we get the credit refunded?

hey Marina! thanks for your patience and sorry I only got to this now. The issue is with the AI Agent step in the end. You have set the exit condition correctly but connected it back to the agent. So the agent knows it should exit but once it does it’s back to the agent and so on… Let me know if this is helpful!
