Issues with AI Access to Tally Forms Uploaded Files

Cant' recognise uploads from Tally Forms. My AI Agent is unable to access uploaded files from Tally Forms. It recognises other info from the form like name, email etc but cannot read or access uploaded files anymore. Was working perfectly before now and just suddenly stopped. Anyone able to help? BTW. The link to the uploaded files through Tally works and I can view the uploaded file.
