Unexpected Charge During Trial Subscription: Need Assistance

Hi Team! I had subscribed to a trial plan, but I immediately got charged for it. The screen talked about starting a trial, and I accepted it with my card details entered. I wasn't expecting to get charged during trial period. Could you pls help! Thanks in advance!
