Issues with Sending POST Requests to Callback Function for Webhooks

anyone else having issues with the send POST request to callback function. the webhook received is fine and the following actions pickup info from the webhook for video analysis but the callback function doesnt appear to be working with the error. but the initial webhook clearly indicates a callback url in the body
