Troubleshooting Webflow New Form Submission Integration Issues

hi team, i'm having issues with the Webflow New Form Submission integration. it was working fine last week and seems to have died over the weekend. i've restarted the lindy and the integration with no luck. created a new lindy with the integration, no luck. i also removed the connections between Webflow (through Pipedream) and Lindy in each app, and then recreated them, yet still no lindy task is launched when a form is submitted. anyone else using this integration, or can validate that it's working?
