Fixing Sender Name in Gmail for Influencer Outreach Emails

Influencer Outreach I am currently running this task..... but I have a very small problem. When the recipient receives the email. it shows "paul", not my conpany name in their inbox. I have tried to change the settings on Gmail, but no matter what I change it to, "paul" always displays..... how can I change it?
