Troubleshooting WhatsApp Message Setup Issues

Just doing a test to receive WhatsApp messages. I've set a few. Doesn't seem to be working. My guess is I screwed up the meta set up, although nothing seems to be buggy on that end. I noticed message_echoes and messaging_handovers isn't able to be subscribed. Is that it?

Just realized the whatsapp number is still pending... not sure why...

yeah meta makes it kinda hard to do this. here is a guide in case you didnt see it yet :)

Seems like there's one more step that isn't mentioned in the above help doc. Not sure what to do with the certificate. https://developers.facebook.com/docs/whatsapp/on-premises/reference/account#regcode
