Issue with Recently Built App Not Visible in Account

I built an app yesterday but I do not see it in my account to continue to edit. I can find it under chat history but it returns an error when I prompt it.

I can see it in recent chats but it is not listed in my agents. It is not just an agent it is a full blown app. I started creating a social media agent but then I noticed the build apps option. I actually started another one app also! This is the best "vibe coder" I've used!

Right, the app wouldn't show up in your Agents

Usually you'd find it in the Chat and in the end it creates your app/site and deploys it to a lindy.site url
