How to Reply to Emails via Slack Using the Lead Outreach Template

Hi, I'm using the Lead Outreach lindy template and would like to be able to reply to emails via the slack channel. How do I do this? I tried adding the necessary skills to an AI agent at the end of the flow but it's not working. hey! happy to help out. can you expand on what exactly it is that is not working for you?

I added an AI agent at the end of the workflow and when I reply in slack thread, nothing happens even though the AI Agent should be "observing" my messages

looks like the LLM didn’t realise it needs to call the Observe Message skill --> solvable with better prompting

That's a test run I used and tried to answer in slack. I'll try to use better prompting!

realized there might be a tiny mistake here . you probably want the agent to activate once a slack reply is received

Also, for this Lindy. I had follow ups set up but i got an error saying it can't find the email thread. I checked my email and the thread wasn't deleted or anything.
