Limits on Email Attachments and Image Processing Issues

I have some issues with attachemnts...anly limits on number of attachments? i am processing product offers: in the email ther are product images embedded in the body, and lindy consider them as attachment...but there is also the pricelist in pdf. if i delete the images inthe email, the pdf is founded...if not, lindy see only the images as attachments.

    hey Daniela, images & pdf’s are generally heavy in token size —so there might be some limitations on context window depending on what LLM you are using

    generally speaking: Lindy will be able to handle both —images and PDF

    in the task you can see it becouse aftwerards i have forwarded the email again, but this time i forwarded the email with empty body (i have deleted from the original email the images, text, etc...) in this case the agent found the pdf and process it. But this is not the desired use case, becasue i am building an agent that will analyze the inbox from some sender, and he will analyze the whole email content...in this case seems that he didnt find the pdf (look at the first gmail log) when there are several images in the body (he consider the images as atachment as well)

    Okay, I’ll double check with engineering if there might be a bug. It’s a bit confusing since in the last email there are also images involved and the PDF is visible but let me check in with the team

    look also at this task...i a have added the download attachment feature, and try to remove the unnecessary images, but nothing....it didnt find the attachment https://chat.lindy.ai/home/?templateId=67ff5df1feeb1be51c983d51
