Troubleshooting Agent Knowledge Base Reference Issues
Hello, I've created an agent that references a specific knowledge data base. It was working great for the first 10-20 questions. Since then, each time it gets the first question correct, and then for the second question it is unable to refer to the knowledge base. I've tried both upload of the documents as well as reference to google docs directly. Any suggestions? Lindy support told me they were looking into it but it's been 2 weeks and the last 4 follow ups have gone unanswered.
