I am writing to request a refund for a recent subscription charge that was processed automatically. Unfortunately, I overlooked canceling my Lindy AI subscription before the renewal date, and the payment was charged without my intention to continue the subscription at this time.
I would like to note that I have not used any of the subscription credits since the renewal.
Given that the subscription remains entirely unused, I kindly ask if a refund can be considered in this case. I would greatly appreciate your understanding and support.
