Hubspot Trigger Limits: Custom Contact Properties Not Appearing

Hi guys! I tried to use Hubspot "New Contact Property Change" as a trigger, but the list of properties of this trigger doesn't show every Hubspot property we have created. Does it only shows the "native" properties? Do I have a way of being able to select the properties I created? Thanks in advance
