Optimizing LinkedIn Post Scheduling: Polling vs. Time Triggers

Also, it looks like the only scheduling option is to have the agent continually poll LinkedIn and see whether I've created a new post. But what I wanted to do is to do this only at a certain time, as I post regularly at the same time every single day. Is it possible to use a clock to trigger an agent, or does it need to be continually running in the background?
