Troubleshooting Twilio Phone Number for Lindy Agent Setup

Using Twilio phone number first time for incoming call. I have a Twilio number that I can call. I created a Lindy Agent to answer the Twilio number. ( I want to build a receptionist). I added the Auth codes and keys and pretty sure it is authenticated properly. But when I try and verify the phone number in Lindy Agent it fails and I am stuck. I do not get a message to lead me to what to do next.
