Knowledge Base Docs Sync Issue: Need Assistance!

Hey team @channel, I noticed that my docs in my knowledge base are still on sync after 20 minutes. Useally it is done pretty fast. Anything I can do to make sure it is still going to sync or is it it not working? I refreshed and re sync a couple of times already. Cheers! ✌️

This has happened to me a bunch. I’ve had success “dragging” the file into the upload tray. Also, always pressing the + sign opposed to going through the cogwheel first seems to work better
