Troubleshooting Slack Bot Meeting Scheduling Issues

I'm trying to set up a Slack bot to schedule meetings and am struggling. Unfortunately, I'm getting an issue where I can see the task trigger, but it never seems to actually take any action (see the screenshot from the test tab where it grabs a message and then just spins. The "Tasks" tab for a real request does the same thing) Is there a way to troubleshoot where its going sideways?
