Lindy Agent: Need Help with UserId for Internal Notes in Intercom
Hey everyone! 👋 I’m trying to build a Lindy agent that suggests replies based on past Intercom conversations, and then posts the suggestion as an internal note in Intercom (so our team can approve/send it directly in Intercom). I’ve got everything working except the last step: In the “Create Internal Note” action, Lindy requires a userId to specify who the note comes from. I have my Intercom admin userId (3972965), but the Lindy UI only shows customers in the dropdown, and won’t let me manually enter the ID — it disappears or fails validation. Has anyone run into this? Is there a workaround or way to manually set a userId for a team member so notes post correctly? Would love to hear if anyone’s solved this 🙏
