I also had to invert some of the and/or logic along the way. I’m not at my desk but I had a lot of conditions to filter out certain sending domains, subject lines, etc and also emails that were sent to 2 email addresses internally. When I move the rule about the 2 email addresses to its own group that seemed to help. Idk why but it did
