Urgent Help Needed: RAG Agent Lost Due to API Connection Issue

This is urgent, i have created a RAG Agent. Its taken days, been overusing credits like mad but finally it was about to be finished. Literally the last thinh i needed to do was connect the Cohere API. Then the chat completely disappeared and once again, a new agent appeared. This agenct despite my explanation and screenshot knows nothing about the task. I gave explicit instructions not to delete anything, what do you think it did? Now this wouldnt have been the worst problem in the world, but it turns out it also did not do a backup, so when i look in the version history i have midday yesterday, where not much progress was made, or from 6pm today where literally everything is gone! What on earth am i supposed to do? This has blown thousands of credits, its taken days upon days of my time, and it is completely completely gone!!!!
