I tried and it basically won't change from being greyed out, tried pressing all the buttons above that button, no dice.

yeah —my guess is, since the page looks not like its supposed to look like, there is an issue with loading scripts. Are you using an ad blocker? Can you try a different browser?

No ad blocker, I'll try incognito
