Issues with AI Researcher Stopping After Payment Update

I've been working on the research web researcher and we were having great success got interrupted with a payment updated to business account got 36,000 credits remaining out of 40,000 and for some reason the researcher AI has stopped answering me the cog signal would start to function as if interpreting what I'm saying and then it would just stop
