@channel hey team, I have more than enough credits left (4500) but it stopped working as I need to update my payment plan. However, it is based on credits right? Or also monthly payment + credits? I am bit confused here

It’s a credits per month subscription, so doesn’t matter if you still have credits at the end of the month, you need to have valid payment method and it simply gets you back to the total credits each month
