Understanding the Knowledge Base: Common Issues Explained

How does the knowledge base work? I scraped data from a number of sources and then asked a super easy question and it says it doesn't know. What am I doing wrong?

You can add text/GDrive files/Notion pages to the Knowledge base. Then, you can perform search to get information from the KB. How did you configure your Knowledge base pls? 🙂

My end goal is to scrape all the pages and then build a wiki so that the chatbot can use it as a resource.

Seems from your screenshots that the web links are still syncing with the KB. When it will be done, you'll see Synced instead of Syncing. It can take a bit of time 🙇
