Understanding Slack's Approve Workflow Capabilities

Hello, can someone let me know what capabilities does the Slack - Approve Workflow capability provide? I am looking for a way to approve the Ask For Confirmation requests via Slack instead of via Tasks as the tasks does not send me any type of notifications so I cannot approve unless I am monitoring it directly. Can Lindy ask for confirmation before performing an action via either slack or other means?

however, sounds like you could just use a reply + condition for your use case

I use slack for most of my agents. They do stuff and inform me via slack -> waits for my reply -> checks condition when reply received -> does more stuff
