Improving Email Triager Bot's Threaded Comment Actions

i have an email triager bot made with a Lindy agent, but sometimes it doesn't action on what i send in the thread. How can I ensure it actions on my comments in the thread? Should I make a seperate agent for that?

Hey Rohan! Can you give me a bit more context here? If you want to have Lindy answer in the same Slack thread you can use the Send a reply to the thread action. Happy to dive in if you could share your task url of a failed try. How to share your Lindy task URL: 1. Click your Lindy agent → click “tasks” 2. Find the task you need help with 3. Click the specific task (you should see the full execution) 4. Copy that page URL from your browser 5. Paste the URL in your support request Note: The URL should include “conversationID” followed by a number 💡 Screenshots are also helpful!
