Which of these should I select if I already have a sheet with my contacts and want to start an outreach?

if you have a sheet with contacts already I’d downlaod as csv and actually use a message received trigger here instead

and then pull the csv to the sidebar of the task view to trigger multiple tasks so each lead starts a new task basically.

The tasks are triggered in parallel so pretty fast depending on the workflow :)
