Hi, I have created a Account management bot which is triggered off a Google Sheet row being updated. At least it was. At some point this afternoon, the trigger seems to have stopped working. I've tried refreshing the page, the connection, turn the flow off and on again, but I can't seem to get the trigger to work. Any idea how to force it to trigger from a Google Sheet again?
Additionally, there's some really odd behaviour going on. It's like the flow has reverted to a previous iteration whereby it's triggered by Hubspot, rather than Google sheets. There is no Hubspot trigger or integration within this flow anymore, yet it keeps being triggered by some Hubspot stage update and then gets stuck in loops burning through credits. There is explicitly no reason for this to be happening
hey daniel! thanks for flagging!
can you please share the task URL so the team can look into this? ππΎ
How to share your Lindy task URL: 1. Click your Lindy agent β click βtasksβ 2. Find the task you need help with 3. Click the specific task (you should see the full execution) 4. Copy that page URL from your browser 5. Paste the URL in your support request Note: The URL should include βtaskβ followed by a number Screenshots are also helpful!
Thanks
Thanks. I've tried changed the trigger to a general Google sheets update, but to no avail. I've now switched it back to a new row added, the specified sheet is connected, I've added new rows, but even running a test, it's not picking up anything
yeah the test modal for this trigger is a bit janky atm (something the team has some planned engineering time for too) βI think the polling frequency is causing wait times for some minutes. But Iβd expect the task to be triggered so will have the team investigate more! ππΎ
Thanks. It's been polling for >10 mins on the latest updated row, but still hasn't picked up new rows from last week
