Automate Email to Google Sheets Workflow for Mondays at 6 AM

Hi, How do i set up a workflow that finds the most recent email from a specific email address, schedule this action for 6am on a monday then search the email for specific data to add to one of my google sheets?🙏

it says on the "find email" action invalid configuration at labels. Object recieved Null
