Resolving Issues with WhatsApp Chatbot AI for Lead Messages

Hi, I have created a whatsapp chatbot ai agent but I have 2 problems: 1- I can not check the messages lindy sent to the leads. Which solution do you recommend? 2- Does Lindy send message to a third part number? My intention is using Lindy to qualify the lead and send messages to another whatsapp number with the data collected (name, number, adress, etc), so my secretary may enter in contact with the lead.

hey — what do you mean by 1.? 2. yes, you can specify the “to” number but not 100% if that aligns with Meta’s terms of service since it’s a business acc, right? Maybe just email the lead info instead or update a sheet/CRM
