I have some assumptions about this - mainly that you're trying to loop on files from your knowledge base, in which case I feel like you should be using a search folder node to find the all the files in your "unprocessed folder" then move them into a processed folder so you don't work on them again But, if you're watching for new files, I don't think you need a loop because each one would trigger individually. So, I think I need to understand more about your intent to suggest a better approach.

Right, are you telling it to loop on all rows explicity?

Have tried adding anything into the "items to loop through" ? From my understanding, in your current loop state, the AI would be making an assumption on what to loop and is likely finding some other thing to loop on.

what of those emails should have triggered? They all look to meet the criteria for exclusion

it would read "from does not contain flashquotes" AND "from does not contain noreply" AND "from does not contain adam@backroad.com" meaning all conditions have to be true for an email to proceed An OR statement here would basically never work as only 1 condition needs to be true for it to proceed. so only flashquotes-noreply-adam@backroad.com would filter out as it would return false for all 3 conditions
