Hello! I am looking to build a phone support agent via the template inside of Lindy but have a couple questions
1.
can I use my current google voice number for this agent? Would i need to port it over or would i need to forward all of the google voice calls to the lindy phone number?
2.
can I have more than 1 phone agent in the same Lindy account?
@here Hello! 1st time poster. Kind of frustrated as I cant get a simple knowledge base to work. Can someone help me identify where the shortfall is? I have spent like 500 credits trying to get your ai agent to find information on the knowledge base and it wont find it even at the simplest form.
