It's a computer use scenario. The agents are logging into a website and finding the best prescription drug plan based on the clients location and prescription drugs, and comparing that to the current plan they are on. The trigger is moving a Trello card and the result is filling some fields in an AirTable and posting a comment on a Trello card for a human to review and confirm. The rest is handled by Zapier.
