Upcoming Migration to Claude Sonnet 4.5: Key Details and Impact

Hi @channel! 👋 Upcoming deprecation of Claude Sonnet 3.5 Following Anthropic's deprecation announcement for Claude Sonnet 3.5, Lindy agents that are currently deployed with Sonnet 3.5 will start using Claude Sonnet 4.5 as of Friday, Oct 17th, and as of Friday, Oct 24th will be fully migrated to Sonnet 4.5. How does this impact me? Claude Sonnet 4.5 is Anthropic's latest balanced model, with many improvements over 3.5. In particular, Claude Sonnet 4.5 has better instruction following support, and a larger output token window of 64k tokens, as opposed to 3.5's 8k. Claude Sonnet 4.5 pricing is exactly the same as Sonnet 3.5, so this should not impact agent credit consumption. While Claude Sonnet 4.5 generally performs better than 3.5, we recommend testing your agents after the migration to ensure they're behaving as expected. Like any model upgrade, there may be subtle differences in how responses are formatted or how certain prompts are interpreted.
