I had very similar agents running in Lindy, and noticed the credit burn. I actually created similar agents in Gemini Flows (included with google workspace). No credit consumption, but definitely lost some quality. It's a tough balance.
I've noticed the assistant uses a lot of credits. I think it has wild abilities (like adding skills to itself).
I'm curious to see if I can take more control of the credit consumption by having the assistant call existing agents that are maybe more credit-efficient
I added “talk with other agents” as a trigger. But it didn't come through that trigger. I'm wondering if it works without it. I’m thinking the assistant has a back door to all agents.😎
I think it’s working now. I think an action was needed to have Lindy officially join my slack. Just adding the pipedream auth wasn't enough on its own.
I'm setting up Slack in Lindy - Should I be able to DM my Lindy bot in Slack or do I have to use channels? I get a message "Lindy has turned off direct messaging, so you won’t be able to respond to these messages." when trying to DM Lindy app directly
Guys! Holy cow... You can use Lindy assistant to delegate to existing agents!! 🙌 I didn't even use the exact agent name when telling her to delegate. 🤯
Would be nice to have iMessage capabilities in my existing agents all the same as a trigger / action or have the assistant 'talk with' other more complex agents where needed. (without the need of Twilio / 3rd party tool)
