Marvin A., I getting this error again for my lindy's. i have it set to transcribe after a 24 hour wait once a video is published but still saying that the captions won't load. is there a known bug?

actually figured it out thanks to your suggestion. I updated the prompt in the create article step to say: "1. Format the blog content as HTML (not plain text or Markdown). 2. Then post that HTML string to Shopify via the blog API." and that worked. Thanks for your suggestion Aayush M.!
