Hi All -- I am excited about the possibilities of what Lindy can do, but I have to admit I'm pretty frustrated right now. I spent hours configuring Lindy and using it during the free trial. I burned through all my credits in the first 24 hours (with no guidance on what tasks take more credits or any guidance on limiting those things).
What's worse is that once the credits are used up, there is no way to upgrade to a paid plan and Lindy just stops working. I went into Settings > Billing to upgrade, and the only path is to email Support (which I did - but understandably an email queue takes longer).
Curious if anyone else has encountered something like this. I think having Lindy just stop working (when I have her looped in on external emails, etc for scheduling) is totally unacceptable.
