Sometimes I get this screen inside of different areas, I always switch screens, or agent screens and come back. It appears to work most of the time, it may be a cache or a disconnect inside the browser.
Yes, that does seem frustrating.When I first started, you could upgrade your plan accordingly whenever you wanted. For some reason, they made that change not sure if they're bringing the old way back?
You would have to link yourdomain.com through gmail or office 365, and then set up a mailbox for lindy.ai to use dedicated to just them, i use agent@mydomain.com for all AI replies and froms.
Ok it worked, it might have taken some time to detach from the other test agent. Also I did remove the make/recieve calls trigger and re-add it back... now it is all working...
I disabled a test agent used to recieve calls, but now I can't seem to get the newly designed agent to pick up the number and begin answering the calls? How do we bind the phone number to a new agent?
