I was using Lindy assistant, perfectly fine, and now it appears to be sending iMessages instead of sms messages. I have submitted several tickets , and this response continuously , how do I escalate and get this resolved? It seems that I need my "assistant" switched andriod/system instead of IMessage?
Hey Bill, Oh no! Would you mind sharing the link to the Lindy Assistant conversation where you're seeing the issue? You can just copy the URL directly from your browser while you're on that conversation.
Along these same lines….should the phone number keep switching or is each account tied to a phone number? I would prefer that is stay the same.

Hey Sabrina! It generally should stay the same, but if we have outages with the phone number, we use backup numbers. We are working on:
Ensuring stability so we don't have outages
Listing all your respective numbers that you can expect a message from in your settings page (for security/trust purposes)

Alon J. can you check in on this issue again, I was getting responses and now I am not getting them anymore from the AI assistant? Everything is working on web/browser, and it is receiving my text message, but I am not getting the assistant's responses/results? I am using a SMS/Android not Imessage? Thanks in advance..
