Troubleshooting Missing Meeting Recordings in Microsoft Teams: Possible Bugs or Settings Issues

Did a search but not finding Microsoft Teams being an issue? But had Lindy in a meeting today, first time I actually did not have Otter and Lindy both recording the meeting! And Lindy cannot find the recording. Is this a bug with Teams or my settings maybe or any ideas? Thank you!
