Agent Issues Post-AWS Outage: Assistance Needed
Hi, since the AWS outage earlier in the week, one of my agents in particular has struggled to recover and continuously breaks on the final step with either an error messages and/or crashes my browser. When I'm able to access it, I've turned it off and on again, refreshed connections, but it won't even complete a test run, just seems to hang on one of the steps. Would someone be able to take a look? Thank you!
