Issues with Duplicating Lindy Triggers and Conditions

I'm duplicating this Lindy with 2 triggers and conditions and it duplicates a previous simpler version, not the current one. Tried several times (I deployed it) but it's not working, FYI might be a bug if I'm not wrong Alon J.
