Issue with Adding Notes: Click Not Responding in Chrome

Hi I can't add a note. When I click add note nothing happens. Can someone check please. Here's what I have done so far:

Hey Francis! Does this happen on a different browser as well? Is it only for the Note button ( does it work for action, agent step, etc..?) I’m not having this occur on my side
