Troubleshooting Freshdesk Help Articles in Search Knowledge Base

I’m trying to add Freshdesk help articles to a Search Knowledge Base action, and I keep running into this error.

    I resolved this by changing the API token — for anyone who runs into this, an API token of an admin will work
